Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free. For fault finding we charge for the first hour, which covers most repairs.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, for all notifiable work. Certificates are emailed the same day and we notify Building Control for you.

Yes. We carry out EICRs, remedial work and emergency repairs for landlords and agents across Greater Manchester.
